With Kaia Gerber, Austin Butler is taking advantage of some much-needed downtime.
Austin won a BAFTA Film award and a Golden Globe for his role in Elvis during a busy awards season, so the couple booked a romantic trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, for some well-earned rest and relaxation. The actor and the model were seen grabbing some food near the beach, riding about on a golf cart, and swimming at their resort’s pool.
On March 16, Austin dressed in black swim trunks, a white T-shirt, and sneakers for their beautiful day out. Before changing into a flowy purple dress and striped button-up shirt for their sit-down supper, Kaia sunbathed in a green bikini.
The vacation comes days after the 2023 Oscars, where Austin was nominated for his first Academy Award but lost out to The Whale‘s Brendan Fraser. Though Kaia did not join him for the ceremony, the pair did make it a date night at Vanity Fair‘s annual Oscars after-party.
